This brand new, solid pine learning tower brings toddlers and little kids up to benchtop height, protecting them from falling backwards, and allowing them to join in cooking, playing, eating, and – if you’re lucky – washing up. Participating in these activities helps to develop and strengthen motor and coordination skills, builds confidence, encourages involvement and hands on interaction - all while saving your back.

Handmade in Thornbury from 100% sustainably sourced pine, and sold fully assembled and ready to go, these learning towers are designed to give your little one the confidence and independence to climb in and out, and include safety rails to stop them falling, extra brackets on the feet to stop the tower from tipping over, and anti-skid floor pads to protect your flooring and prevent slips.

The learning tower is designed to be large enough for your toddler to move around comfortably, but not so big that it takes up your whole kitchen. The platform is easily adjustable to three different heights as your children grow, and is load tested to 100kg. The standard 850mm height means it will slide under most kitchen benches, allowing your child to get closer to the action - as well as providing further protection against tipping.

I can easily customise the learning tower height for no extra cost - please measure the underside of your bench, not the top surface. The settings for the platform height can also be customised if you have a specific level in mind.

The tower is lightly sanded, with no chemicals or treatments applied; making it completely non-toxic and child friendly. Any food spills can be wiped off with a damp cloth. I like the natural look of the wood, but you and your helper could varnish or paint it if you like.
